Our storage units start from 3m x 3m and go all the way up to 3m x 8m.

There is no restriction on how far ahead you need to book but we do need a minimum 24 hours notice to be able to process your application and ensure that we have a suitable unit available.

You can use the unit to store most things but you must not store anything that is hazardous to property, people or the environment. This includes explosive, toxic, illegal or stolen goods. A description of permitted use is in our Application Terms & Conditions, a link for which appears below.

Payment for your unit is monthly in advance and can be made by EFT or cash and cheque paid directly to our Managing Agent, Raine&Horne Kingston, 98 Beach Road, Kingston, TAS 7050. A bond of $200.00 (refundable) is also payable with your first month’s rent.

If your lose your access card payment of $50.00 is required to provide you with another.

The minimum rental period is 1 calendar month.

All the units are secured by a metal roller door. You will need to provide your own padlock for the door. The facility is fully security fenced and covered by CCTV. Please be aware that although all measures are in place to ensure the security of the facility, we do not accept any liability for theft, loss or damage for any items stored within the facility. You must arrange your own insurance to cover any loss. You must not store anything of value as listed in the Agreement Terms within any unit.

This will depend on what you are storing. We do recommend that you discuss your insurance needs with your insurance broker. We are unable to help with insurance advice or cover.
